PSP and DS get new Stars Wars title

Shadow Strike(s) in May

The rumour mill continues to churn the butter of idle speculation this week, yet it transpires that this is no sour cream (enough! - Ed), as there will in fact be a brand new Star Wars game heading to the DS and PSP handhelds. Ubisoft will publish, too.

Star Wars Shadow Strike is actually mentioned in Ubisoft's recent release schedules, and is currently set for release on May 26th. An entry in the 'action' genre is mooted, though neither licence-holders LucasArts nor publisher Ubisoft are saying any more on the game at present - despite the fact that May isn't a million-miles away now.

Speculation about Shadow Strike commenced online with product listings on prominent interweb retailers, and fans will no doubt be eager to see what this new offering has in store. Let's just hope it isn't rubbish, then.

what are your thoughts?

  1. Shock-horror - You just gave the DS a mention on your site.
