Xbox 360 gets Real Time Worlds exclusively
Multi-title deal revealed
Microsoft's build up of force ahead of the Xbox 360's launch this winter continues apace with Microsoft Game Studios announcing a new publishing deal with Scottish developer Real Time Worlds. The firm was founded by Dave Jones of the DMA Design / Rockstar North fame, credited with a key role in the success of Grand Theft Auto. Real Time Worlds will create several titles 'exclusively' for the Xbox 360, with 'a number' already said to be in development. All Points Bulletin is the only title thus confirmed by the fledgling studio, and promises to be an ambitious MMOG to be published by Webzen (a Korean firm) in 2007.

Jones has however been working with Microsoft for some time - it is rumoured - and Corporate Veepee (of Microsoft) Peter Moore stated at an ELSPA press briefing that more details would be revealed in the coming weeks. More on the projects of this ambitious new studio as we get it.
