XNA-created Plain Sight spied
Ambitious London studio confirms plans
London indie Beatnik Games have this week lifted the lid on a new game they created using Microsoft's XNA development toolset. The title is called Plain Sight, and it'll initially garner a release on the PC - Beatnik are also hopeful they can launch the game on the Xbox Live Arcade too.
The title will be launched in 2009, we're told, and it'll see you controlling robots with big swords in multiplayer battles. Once you've hacked you're opponents to pieces, you'll need blow yourself up to store the points you've accrued.
When you detonate yourself you'll also be able to get extra points for destroying other players in the blast - so it sounds like there will be a bit of strategy in there, too.
It looks fairly interesting - so we'll keep you posted on this release as its PC debut nears.
