Speaking to UK bloggers VG247, Sony Worldwide Studios boss Shuhei Yoshida has said that the next game from the team behind the seminal ICO will be revealed soon.

He told the website that the new project from Fumito Ueda will be unveiled "soon", revealing that the title has been in the works since the release of Shadow of the Colossus.

"I can say that they’ve been working very hard since the release of Shadow of the Colossus," he said when asked whether the game would be shown off at the Tokyo Game Show in October.

Sony have yet to confirm their exact plans for the important showcase, which will be held in Chiba, on the edge of Tokyo.
