Halo 4 hinted in new gossip

CVG this morning report the potentially huge news that a brand new Halo game could be shown-off at E3 this year; the site point to an insider source as spilling the proverbial beans.

Online chit-chat speculates that this could be Peter Jackson's long-mooted episodic Halo game, but with detail non-existent we'll have to wait for Microsoft's E3 briefing to learn more.

Another online report, from SarcasticGamer, even goes as far as to suggest that Halo 4 will be unveiled at the Californian expo. But once again there's no real evidence for any of this.

Still, no smoke without fire, perhaps?
