High Moon hoping for Bourne sequel
Hinges on success
Bourne Conspiracy creators High Moon have told UK games site VG247 that they would like to create a Bourne Conspiracy sequel, assuming the first title is received sufficiently warmly.
The game has so far received mixed reviews, though High Moon assure they have plenty more ideas in store if a sequel is given the green-light.
"It hinges entirely on how well it’s received," admitted lead designer Rory McGuire. "You guys are just starting to put reviews out in the UK and Europe, and there’s sales and a number of other factors, but we’d all love to work on a sequel here."
He continued: "There are so many areas where we can expand and take the character of Jason Bourne. So if we’re approached to do a sequel then yeah, you’ll see a lot of those great ideas come to fruition."
High Moon also admit that bringing together the disparate elements of the game was a challenge, Bourne the main link between the driving, shooting and hand-to-hand combat sections.
