Variety Magazine this afternoon reveal that a new movie based on an official Pac-Man game license is on the way, with Crystal Sky Pictures taking charge of the production.
The studio have signed a deal worth a whopping 200 million USD with Namco Bandai, we're informed, and it'll cover five flicks in total.
A Castlevania movie is part the same deal, with Sylvain White set to direct, although details of the other films are non-existent.
Specifics on the Pac-Man film are also unavailable, so we're unclear exactly what kind of film Crystal Sky believe they can make based on Pac-Man. Still, we'll keep you posted as we learn more.
