Asterix Olympic game on the way

(To the Xbox 360)

Atari will publish Asterix at the Olympic Games this summer on the Xbox 360, the game tying-in with the re-release of the new Asterix film with the same name.

The film is of course already out, but with the Beijing Olympics now looming Atari clearly feel a 360 version joining the already released PS, PS2, Wii and DS versions is a good idea.

The game will be released as the DVD release of the movie hits shelves.

Heroes Asterix and Obelix will once again be winding-up the Romans, fighting, completing puzzles, and more. Various sports events will also be available, with 12 characters to select from.
