Nintendo's new download channel, called WiiWare, is now live across Europe - offering a proper rival to the Xbox Live Arcade, beyond the retrograde Virtual Console.

LostWinds, Dr. Mario and Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles - My Life as King are biggest titles on offer. Prices range from 800 to 1500 Wii Points.

Six games are available from the get-go:

  • LostWinds - 1000 Points
  • Dr Mario Online (and demo) - 1000 Points
  • Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King - 1500 Points
  • Star Soldier R - 800 Points
  • Toki Tori - 900 Points
  • TV Show King - 1000 Points
