Nintendo's Virtual Console has been updated with three titles from the past: Street Fighter II: Special Champion Edition, Mayhem in Monsterland and Space Harrier.

The Special Champion Edition of Capcom's classic is fundamentally the version that was released for the Genesis/Megadrive and will set gamers back 800 Wii Points.

Even though there are different flavours of Street Fighter II, the game's cult following should still generate some interest, from what we can gather.

Mayhem in Monsterland and Space Harrier were originally released for the C64 and the Master System respectively, and will cost 500 Wii points apiece.
