Next Half-Life 2 Episode looms?

Lombardi teases us

Valve marketing big wig Doug Lombardi has told UK website Kikizo.com that Half-Life 2: Episode Three may at last be on the verge of a public airing.

We've known that the third episodic update exists pretty much since Episode Two was first confirmed, many moons ago, but the developer have kept their next title something of a secret.

"We may at the very end of the year," Lombardi teased when asked about word on the next episode.

We're hopeful of some fresh details - or any details at all in fact - very soon.
