Pandemic creative director Cameron Brown has this morning confirmed that work on Mercenaries 3 will kick-off after Mercenaries 2 is released later this summer (August, to be exact).

Details are of course scant, but this is the first mention we've heard on number three. "While we don’t want to delay the game, and we certainly don’t want to disappoint anyone - and we’re keen to ship the game and move on to Mercs 3 - it was the right call for us was to make sure that co-op was going to be properly integrated into the experience and to make sure that all that key destruction was really going to be what it needed to be," Brown told Next-Gen.Biz.

    Creo que este juego, si Pandemic lo va a realizar, debería ambientarse en Irán, ya que se ha estado en Venezuela y Corea del Norte. Sin embargo, es extraño que le hayan puesto como subtítulo Blackwaters, aunque esto puede hacer referencia al petrñoleo de Medio Oriente. Espero que ya lo lancen luego.
