Rein denies grand expose

Despite the organisers of New York's Comic Con showcase stating that Epic's Gears of War 2 will be shown off at the fan event, boss-man Mark Rein has said that this is in fact not the case.

Gears 2 won't be shown at all, new reports indicate, Rein stating: "I’m not aware that we’re showing anything there."

A release from Comic Con's promoters had gamely enthused that "the gamer summit will begin with a presentation… discussing the origin of the Gears of War saga, its unprecedented success, and offering a glimpse into this year’s upcoming Gears of War 2."
