One of the most enjoyable elements of the wondrous Orange Box was Valve's experimental FPS-puzzler 'Portal', the developer affirming today that more is to come, adding that we'll be delivered far more than just "new puzzles".

Marketing boss Doug Lombardi told UK site Eurogamer.net that there will definitely be more Portal from Valve, it being a case of 'when' rather than 'if'. "There'll be more Portal, for sure. But the details of that, to be honest, we're still working out," he assured. "The only smart thing we did for Portal was to hire those seven kids and give them the support they needed to make the game."

The continuation of Half-Life 2 remains a priority still, Valve focussing on Episode Three. "Exact details on what's next for Gordon are a way off; probably months not weeks," Lombardi offered.

Valve are also working on DLC for Team Fortress 2, offering new maps and the like to PC and console gamers. More soon.
