Q Entertainment's latest Xbox Live Arcade release 'Rez HD' was foreseen by many as this week's new downloadable. Instead, Microsoft's loyalty-rewarding Undertow will be free between now and Sunday, and seems to have usurped any new releases planned.

Q's music-action title could now arrive next week, according to word on the grapevine, Eurogamer.net reporting a spokesperson as stating: "The game is being prepped and it's just waiting for the green light. Maybe next week?"

Rez HD marks the return of the PS2 favourite, and while the new release won't be compatible with the original 'vibrator' peripheral, it will make use of redundant gamepads to rumble appropriately.

The XBLA release is expected to cost 800 Microsoft Points, and we'll bring you more date news as we get it.
